FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Solution of this task is achieved by the fact that clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3, contains substandard aluminium-carbonate raw material obtained in process of extraction of bauxite, containing, wt.%: Al2O3 – 43.0, CaCO3 – 20.3, SiO2 – 17.2, CaO – 14.5, Fe – 5.0 with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, with following ratio of components, wt.%: loam – 30-32, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 7% – 4-6, off-grade aluminium-carbonate raw material obtained in process of bauxite extraction, with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 38-40, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3 – the rest.
EFFECT: high strength of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
