FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Solution of this task is achieved by the fact that clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3, contains mining industry wastes – soapstone, containing, wt.%: Mg3[Si4O10](OH)2 – 40.5, KAl (Si3Al)O10(OH)2 – 36.2, SiO2 – 15.2, (Mg,Fe)3(Si.Al)4O10(OH)2⋅(Mg,Fe)3(OH)6 – 8.1, with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: loam – 40-42, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, – 6-8, said wastes from the mining industry – soapstone with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7% – 29-31, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3 – the rest.
EFFECT: lower thermal conductivity of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
