Outboard equipment deceleration zone contour is obtained on the basis of the first set size of the extended outboard equipment contour. Outline of the central area of the suspended equipment is obtained based on the second set size of the reduced outline of the suspended equipment. If the first distance is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value of the distance, the speed of movement of the suspended equipment is adjusted based on the value of the first distance. If the first distance is less than the preset threshold value of the distance, the speed of movement of the suspended equipment is adjusted based on the value of the second distance.
