FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preventing cardiovascular disease by physical rehabilitation using machine vision. Disclosed is a method for preventing cardiovascular disease by physical rehabilitation, characterized by the fact that a database of images of reference performance of diagnostic exercises, functional diagnostics of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, followed by the stages of collecting a person’s life history, history of cardiovascular disease, functional and program diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system, with the formation of a list of kinesitherapeutic and preventive exercises for the prevention and correction of the identified functional disorders of the locomotor apparatus of the patient with cardiovascular disease, at the same time, at the stage of program diagnostics of the state of the locomotor apparatus, images of the patient's performance of a complex of diagnostic exercises are obtained, by which, using machine vision technology, a three-dimensional model of the patient is constructed in the frame, which includes the designation of the location of the joints of the musculoskeletal system on the image in the form of reference points on its skeletal model, wherein the spatial position of said points is evaluated by determining the angular deviations of the patient relative to the nearby reference points, as well as relative to the central vertical axis of the musculoskeletal system, where at 0-14.9% deviation – the norm is diagnosed; in case of 15-24.9% deviation, the condition below the norm is diagnosed; if deviation is 25-50%, non-critical disease is diagnosed; if the deviation is more than 50%, a serious disease is diagnosed and a recommendation is issued to go to a doctor without using kinesitherapeutic and preventive exercises in case of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and according to the obtained deviations, based on the formed database, a list of kinesitherapeutic and preventive exercises for the prevention and correction of the identified functional disorders of the locomotor apparatus of the patient is formed, complex of kinesiotherapeutic and preventive exercises includes performing exercises with cardio load and strength exercises, at the same time after every 15 sessions of performing complex of kinesiotherapeutic and preventive exercises on locomotor apparatus, distributed on days, repeated functional diagnostics is performed to monitor dynamics of personal norms, and addition of weight load is permissible only with increase of personal norm of functionality of musculoskeletal system by more than 50% or after 6 months of regular trainings.
EFFECT: invention provides faster prevention of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, as well as reduced risks of cardiovascular disease.
