FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of human rehabilitation after surgery, namely to methods of rehabilitation after surgery on cervical spine by kinesitherapeutic treatment using machine vision. Disclosed is a method involving selection of therapeutic exercises recommended for cervical spine rehabilitation in the form of weight-bearing exercises, thereafter formed complexes of therapeutic exercises are transmitted to client application of patient, wherein the therapeutic exercises are performed by the patient taking into account the time after the operation in front of the video camera associated with the client application, a video sequence is formed in the client application, in which an image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at the reference points, the angular deviations of the patient are evaluated relative to the reference points of the right and left ear, right and left hip joint, right and left shoulder joint, as well as relative to the central vertical axis of the cervical spine during the therapeutic exercises and the obtained angular deviations are compared with the angular deviations of the personal norm of the angular values of the cervical spine mobility, at that, informing the patient about errors or giving a signal to the patient about the need to stop doing the exercises, at that, after every 15 sessions of performing a set of exercises on the cervical spine, distributed by days, repeated functional diagnostics is performed to monitor the dynamics of the personal norm, and addition of weight load is permissible only with increase of personal norm of functionality of cervical spine by more than 50% or after 6 months of regular exercises.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective rehabilitation of patients after cervical spine surgery, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of diseases.
