FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treating functional disorders in human lumbar spine diseases, namely to methods of kinesitherapeutic treatment using machine vision. Disclosed is a method in which therapeutic exercises are selected for the treatment of the lumbar spine in the form of weight-bearing exercises, after that, formed complexes of therapeutic exercises with recommendations on technique, number and duration of their implementation are transmitted to client application of patient, patient performs said complex of therapeutic exercises in front of a video camera. Further, a video sequence is formed in which an image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed; angular deviations of the lumbar spine of the patient relative to reference points on the skeletal model during therapeutic exercises are estimated. Obtained angular deviations are compared with angular deviations of personal norm of angular values of lumbar spine mobility, wherein the patient is informed of errors or a signal is sent to the patient to terminate the exercise. Every 15 sessions of performing a set of exercises on the lumbar spine distributed by days, repeated functional diagnostics is performed, and addition of weight load is permissible only with increase of personal norm of functionality of lumbar spine by 20%.

EFFECT: invention provides faster accurate treatment of functional disorders in diseases of the lumbar spine, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of diseases of the lumbar spine with independent performance of therapeutic exercises by the patient.
