FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathological anatomy. Longitudinal incision is made from a lower edge of a thyroid cartilage to a pubic region with dissection of skin, adipose tissue and adjacent muscles. Sternum is removed by cutting it from the distal part of the costal arch in the direction to sternoclavicular joint. Ligaments are excised and sternum is removed. Connective tissue of the posterior surface of the right clavicle is incised to the convex side of the first rib, resting on the posterior surface of the clavicle. Right subclavian vein is separated. Vascular bundle is dissected. Organs are eviscerated in a single complex with a right lymphatic duct. Fascia is dissected. Right internal jugular vein is separated. Right internal jugular vein is dissected from the level of the cricoid cartilage along the lateral surface of the trachea. Right lymphatic duct is separated from the organ complex.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to provide isolation of the right lymphatic duct during evisceration of corpse organs, to reduce deformation of corpse appearance and to preserve anatomical integrity of adjacent organs.
