SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Borders of the surgical resection are marked at 2 mm from the tumour borders; the sclera is separated by 2/3 of its thickness along the marked borders. Scleral flap is formed to a zone of transscleral growth of the tumour; a zone of transscleral growth is cut out with a trephine, which is also used to cut out a donor scleral flap and sutured to a congruent scleral coloboma. Then the tumour focus with the transscleral growth zone is removed as a single block, then the scleral wound and conjunctiva are closed.

EFFECT: method allows performing tumour resection of iridociliochoroidal zone with local transscleral growth, simultaneously combining techniques of layer-by-layer and through scleroplasty using donor sclera.
