SUBSTANCE: invention relates to psychophysiology, in particular to improving the ability of people to train in medical specialties associated with physical rehabilitation of patients. Method of improving motor memory in students is carried out in two stages for 16 weeks, learning four sets of exercises declared according to the curriculum, and control activities are carried out, at the same time at the first stage, which is implemented for 4 weeks on week days for 45 minutes every other day for 12 sessions, learning the first set of four exercises, which is respiratory gymnastics with elements of complete breathing, at which training of correctness of complete breathing is carried out, when teacher for 10 minutes narrates to the students the theoretical material, then the trainees are shown a video clip with the first set of exercises being trained for 15 minutes, after which the instructor and the trainees perform video for 20 minutes. That is followed by a control event consisting of successive tests of two types determined by the specificity of the therapeutic and cardiac rehabilitation sessions.

EFFECT: activation and development of attention in trainees due to improvement of motor memory, improvement of verbal skills through training of terminology on specialty "Theory and methodology of physical education", including therapeutic physical culture (TPC), formation of motivational attitudes to self-improvement.
