FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a sensor chip, a device and a system for detecting one or more biologically active substances in an environment, including ambient air. Sensor chip comprises a reaction cell containing a plurality of receptor protein complexes; and a membrane separating the reaction cell from the environment and permeable to one or more biologically active substances. Receptor protein complexes are configured to bind to one or more biologically active substances in the reaction cell, causing a detectable change in the state of at least a portion of the receptor protein complexes. Sensor chip has a shape and size for at least partial insertion into the socket of the sensor device for detecting one or more biologically active substances. Sensor device comprises: at least one socket for at least partially accommodating at least one sensor chip; at least one sensor configured to detect a change in the state of at least a portion of the receptor protein complexes in the reaction cell of the at least one sensor chip; and a processing circuit connected to at least one sensor. Sensor system comprises at least one sensor chip and a sensor device.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a significant reduction in the number of false positive and false negative responses detected or recorded by the sensor chip, sensor device and/or sensor system according to the present invention.
