FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of balancing engine parts coaxial to crankshaft includes crankshaft assembly with pulley, flywheel and clutch. Balancing is carried out using a static method, which consists in the fact that the cylinder block is installed on a stand-tilter or wooden blocks on an even base so that the planes of the cylinder block to the block head and the tray are horizontal. In the bed of the block of the first and last main journals, inserts with a longitudinal groove are installed, the surfaces of which are lubricated with motor oil. Crankshaft assembly with pulley, flywheel and clutch is installed in cylinder block by means of first and last main journals. Main bearing caps with inserts are not installed. Front and rear main journals of the crankshaft are lubricated. Crankshaft assembly is released until its installation in a certain position. Mark is placed on top of the flywheel along the vertical axis and the assembly is turned to side by 90° and released. After the assembly is stopped, another mark is placed on top of the flywheel along the vertical axis. Similarly, operations are carried out by deflecting the assembly to the other side. Balancing pin is screwed in between the produced extreme marks into the hole in the flywheel. Further, the assembly is turned from the installed pin to side by 90° and released. If the assembly is not in place, balancing is corrected by screwing the balancing pins into the nearest two holes in the flywheel from the first balancing pin.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of balancing.
