FIELD: chemistry; biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and biotechnology, specifically to a method of producing a recombinant protein complex based on apoferritin in an octameric state, in which apoferritin acts as a carrier for multiple presentation of another protein, according to which recombinant strain-producer E. coli containing hybrid plasmid containing under control of rhamnose promoter nucleotide sequence of fused genes of presented protein is cultivated and apoferritin, coding a monomer of a protein complex, on a nutrient medium containing yeast extract, bacto tryptone, glycerol, potassium phosphate buffer and MgSO4, which during preparation of medium are autoclaved together, then lysate is obtained from the cells obtained during culturing, which is centrifuged, filtering, followed by adding imidazole to obtain a solution from which the protein complex is isolated by nickel-affinity chromatography.

EFFECT: biosynthesis, isolation and purification of a recombinant protein complex based on apoferritin in an octameric state, in which apoferritin acts as a carrier for multiple presentation of another protein.
