FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to diagnostic methods allowing to diagnose development of atherogenic disorders in children by means of microRNA analysis in a blood plasma sample. Method consists in determining the coefficient diagnosing the development of atherogenic disorders, involves sampling venous blood in a test tube with an anticoagulant, centrifugation, sampling plasma, recovery of microRNAs, real-time PCR reaction with primers on certain types of microRNAs associated with development of atherogenic disorders: microRNA-let-7a, microRNA-let-7b, microRNA-21, microRNA-24, microRNA-125, microRNA-126, microRNA-145 and microRNA-222, under certain conditions, then calculating the coefficient (R), diagnosing the development of atherogenic disorders, by empirical formula (1), diagnosing the development of atherogenic disorders in accordance with the obtained numerical values, namely by the digital coefficient R: when R is below 1, this indicates the absence of atherogenic disorders, when R is higher than 1, this indicates the presence of atherogenic disorders, when R=1, this indicates a borderline state.
EFFECT: method enables diagnosing the development of atherogenic disorders in children.
