SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The proposed nutrient medium for microclonal propagation of buckwheat contains ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, potassium phosphate one-substituted, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, calcium chloride two-water, boric acid, manganese sulfate four-water, cobalt chloride six-water, copper sulfate pentahydrate, zinc sulfate heptahydrate, sodium molybdate acid two-water, potassium iodide, thiamine chloride, pyridoxine chloride, sucrose, agar and water. A distinctive feature of the nutrient medium is that dealcoholized extract of Japanese rheinutria is additionally added to its composition in the amount of 1-5 ml/l of the medium.
EFFECT: proposed invention will significantly stimulate the growth and development of F. esculentum regenerants, increase the multiplication factor and the yield of cuttings, reduce the time for obtaining normally developed regenerants, and also enhance root formation, which will increase the degree of survival of microclones in new nutrient substrates.
