SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The proposed method for micropropagation of buckwheat in vitro includes the cultivation of microclones on a nutrient medium containing macro- and microelements according to the Murashige-Skoog prescription, 20 g/l of sucrose and 6 g/l of agar-agar. A distinctive feature of the method is that the dialcoholized extract of Fag-opyrum esculentum is additionally added to the composition of the nutrient medium in an amount of 1-5 ml/l.
EFFECT: present invention will reduce the time required to obtain normally developed microclones and reduce the cost of the obtained regenerants.
