FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to biotechnology, in particular to methods for making bioimplants from a connective tissue, and can be used in preparing an allogenic amniotic membrane for reconstructive medicine. Amniotic membrane is mechanically separated from the chorion and washed in running water from blood clots for at least 30 minutes. Then it is placed into an ultrasonic chamber filled with degassed distilled water with a temperature of +23 °C, and for at least 3 minutes are treated with ultrasound with frequency of 20...45 kHz and intensity of 3 W/cm2, after that, it is placed for 15 minutes in a chamber in which a vacuum is created with a residual pressure of 1…2 Pa. Washing is carried out in degassed distilled water, after extraction from the chamber, the biomaterial is washed in solution of 0.9 % NaCl, frozen at a temperature of -20...-60 °C, lyophilized, sealed and sterilized by radiation.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce a biomaterial from an amniotic membrane with preservation of elasticity and decellularisation.
