SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing L-glutamine, involving culturing the microorganism Corynebacterium glutamicum, having weakened phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase activity due to deletion of a gene coding phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase in a medium. Also disclosed is the use of said microorganism Corynebacterium glutamicum for producing L-glutamine.
EFFECT: invention provides production of L-glutamine with high output.
