SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a compound of formula I or II or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which can be used to treat a disease, disorder or condition which is treatable with a thymidylate synthase inhibitor. In Formula IR1 is selected from a group consisting of H, halogen, C1-C10alkyl, -O-C1-6alkyl, -CH(OR9)2, -C-carboxy, each R2 independently represents H, halogen or C1-C10alkyl, each R5 and R6 independently represents H or, alternatively, R5 and R6, attached to the same carbon atom, together with the atom to which they are attached, form C3-C10cycloalkyl, R9 is C1-C10alkyl. In Formula II R3 is selected from a group consisting of -CH(OR9)2, C1-C10alkyl and C3-C10cycloalkyl, each R7 and R8 independently represents H, R9 represents C1-C10alkyl.
EFFECT: development of new compounds for increasing the efficiency of drug delivery or solving new tasks based on new technologies, in particular, aimed at the liver of compounds, which can reach the liver more effectively and are not active outside the liver, and such reduce the pharmacological or toxicological effects of the agent outside the target tissue.
