FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-destructive testing and structural analysis. Vacuum ultraviolet and x-ray radiation detector comprises arranged in series and connected to each other: array of photosensitive elements and a first fibre-optic plate, as well as a layer of luminophore material, wherein it is provided with a second fibre-optic plate, the inner surface of which is in contact with the outer surface of said first fibre-optic plate, wherein the outer surface of the second fibre-optic plate has a figured shape and is coated with said layer of luminophore material, and the array of photosensitive elements is a CCD array.
EFFECT: high sensitivity and spatial resolution of the detector while ensuring its small overall dimensions.
