SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the section of dentistry and telemedicine, and can be used for the integrated examination of the patient when planning and conducting dental treatment, as well as for monitoring medical data of a patient, creating a dynamic treatment history, for monitoring operational measures. Disclosed is a method of performing intraoperative control, video documentation, creating and storing a video archive during surgical interventions in the oral cavity, involving the following sequence of actions: first, shooting and lighting equipment is adjusted, then video recording is performed, including fixation of initial clinical picture before beginning of dental treatment, introduction of anaesthetic, exposure of area of operative interest, main part of surgical intervention, including the process of removing pathological fragments, closing the surgical wound and the clinical picture after the operation, as a result of which a file is formed, wherein focus of video camera is focused directly in area of operational interest, after the end of video recording, using an electronic computer with installed specialized software for processing, the recorded material is monitored to produce a solid video, wherein all video recording materials are loaded and stored in an archive, characterized by the fact that a continuous process of video and audio recording is performed, wherein synchronous audio recording is carried out both from the built-in signal source of the shooting equipment and from the external signal source on the surgical field, simultaneously with the video and audio recording, photographing is carried out, which includes fixing the pathological fragments of biological tissue extracted during the surgical intervention, and in the process of editing in an electronic computer, the captured material is arranged in a chronological sequence, with the integration of a number of successively captured photographic materials, with observance of chronological sequence of video material and photographic material relating to the same type of surgical intervention, based on metadata of files from the camera, wherein the formed video archive is marked with information on the year, month, day of the surgical intervention, the surname, the initials of the patient, the type of treatment, the segment of the jaw in which the intervention was carried out, and then the formed video archive is loaded onto a block of carriers, and the video camera used is a video camera with fast focusing and instantaneous shooting in a wide dynamic range with super-accelerated shooting.

EFFECT: invention provides more effective diagnosis and integrated planning of dental treatment, higher efficiency of interaction between a doctor and related specialists, as well as reliability of information on dental manipulations.
