FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of treating advanced breast cancer in the terminal stage of progression, based on the introduction of a cytostatic agent cyclophosphamide and a double-stranded DNA compound preparation to a patient, and which consists of a preparatory stage, at which biological indicators of the parameters of the committed and stem cells of the personified breast tumour are determined, namely, initially, surgical material of the tumour is taken in an amount of not less than 3 cm3, the tumour cells are transferred to the primary culture, determining the repair time of inter-strand cross-links induced by the mitomycin C cytostatic, based on which the day of the final tumour stem cell eradication of the cytostatic and the double-stranded DNA-based compound preparation (DNAmix) is determined, and a therapy schedule is formed, which includes four injections of cyclophosphamide and four injections of DNAmix, tied to the found time indicator parameters of a specific tumour, and the main therapeutic stage, at which the therapeutic intervention is carried out using the cross-linking cytostatic cyclophosphamide in dose of 300 mg per 1 m2 and the preparation DNAmix in amount of 1-12 mg, which are administered according to the formed therapy schedule.
EFFECT: invention can be used for treating patients with advanced breast cancer in the terminal stage of progression.
