SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and medicine, namely to a compound which is hydrochlorides or bromides of substituted pyridine derivatives of general formula (1), which have cardiotropic activity and are low-toxic. In formula (1), two or more substitutes R1-R6 are alkyl groups, with the remaining substitutes being hydrogen; alternate R7 can be ethyl group or be absent; one of the X, Y, Z atoms is a nitrogen atom, the rest being carbon atoms bonded to hydrogen; n can be equal to 0 or 1; atom A is a sulfur or carbon atom, wherein if A is a sulfur atom, then W is an oxygen atom, and if A is a carbon atom, then W is absent.

EFFECT: pyridine derivatives with Epac-inhibitor properties are disclosed.
