FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in preparation of metal parts, for example, gas turbine blades, before diffusion welding, by means of surface treatment with a pulsed laser beam. Welded surface of at least one metal part is structured by laser radiation of a pulsed laser by moving the heating zone along the surface of the metal part and its cooling at a rate which provides formation on the surface of relief structures in the form of cone-shaped microroughnesses with height of 3-5 mcm with apex angle of not more than 60°. Structuring is carried out in the mode of scanning laser beam spot. Trajectory of movement of the heating zone is set by changing the distance between the horizontal lines and the area of the laser beam spot. Then, diffusion welding of metal parts is performed in vacuum or in inert gas medium.
EFFECT: method ensures an increase in the quality of the connection of welded metal parts after their diffusion welding while simultaneously reducing the process temperature and welding pressure.
