SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electronic equipment and is used for the manufacture of microwave absorbers of electrovacuum microwave devices. Disclosed is a hardware-software system for the manufacture of microwave absorbers with variable resistance along the length of the workpiece-rod for electrovacuum devices, which includes a reactor, a holder for workpieces of microwave absorbers, high-voltage electrodes, device for moving high-voltage electrodes, containers for gases and at least one device of the automatic process control system, characterized by that it comprises a plasma generator based on a symmetrical multivibrator with a high-voltage resonant circuit, connected through a current sensor to a power source, and through digital-to-analogue converter and controller – from control computer, stepper motor for movement of high-voltage electrodes, controlled by microcontroller connected to control computer.

EFFECT: full automation of the technological process of making microwave absorbers with variable resistance along the length.
