FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used in cervical biopsy. Biopsy material is obtained by means of radiosurgical treatment. Radiosurgical treatment is performed by means of apparatus "Surgitron". Loop electrode with working part thickness of 100 mcm in working mode "incision and coagulation" is used. Exposure power is from 2 to 4 units, duration is 2-3 s.
EFFECT: method provides high reliability of histological examination of biopsy material, noninvasiveness of the procedure ensured by using electrodes with minimum diameter of the working surface, that enables reducing the area of radio contact with tissue of the uterine cervix and reducing a probability of coagulation changes in the biopsy material.
