FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to methods of construction of ventilation systems of residential and civil buildings from ventilation units. Ventilation channel of the building is formed from stacked in a vertical row of blocks intended for equipment of various parts of the ventilation channel, connected to each other by means of cement mortar. Channel includes a foundation on which are installed: mounted between the floors of the building, each of which is provided with through holes forming a collective channel and one or more satellite channels; placed in the level of floors of the building separation units, each of which is equipped with a through hole for communication of satellite channels with a collective channel, formed by through holes of through blocks; and a final unit for forming a head of the ventilation duct above the roof of the building, equipped with a through hole, at that, the formed collective channel by the hole area is prevailing with respect to the satellite channels and is made at the centre or with an offset to one of the lateral ends of the feedthrough units, and the satellite channels are made along the periphery of the collective channel with an offset to the opposite side end of the feedthrough units. Through hole for communication of satellite channels with collective channel, made in each separation unit, is made with narrowing at angle of 30 to 60 degrees from bottom to top from collective and satellite channel, formed by lower through blocks to collective channel formed by upper through blocks, wherein each of the blocks is made by vibrocompression from a mixture with addition of water containing, wt.%: expanded clay with particle size of 2–10 mm: 50–60, sand with particle size of 1.5–2.5 mm: 20–40, cement 10–20.

EFFECT: improved operational properties of the ventilation duct.
