SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine. Pathological aortic valve calcification model is created of a fragment of an aortic valve cusp of a patient with severe calcific aortic stenosis, which is obtained after a valve prosthetic surgery. Obtained valve is cultivated in medium of 5% carbon dioxide at temperature 37 °C, with the addition of a culture medium consisting of DMEM with low glucose content, as well as addition of 2% foetal bovine serum, 1% insulin-transferrin-selenium and 50 mg/ml gentamycin. Prepared model is used as an agent for testing anticalcification preparations.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows reproducing calcification processes at the tissue level and can be used as an agent for anti-calcification preparations testing.
