SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food production equipment, in particular, to an installation for stabilization of the upper surface of caps installed on a bottle with a flange. Apparatus comprises: conveyor belt made with possibility of vertically standing bottles translational movement into working zone, working zone, including zone for picking up bottles on conveyor belt, zone for lifting bottles from conveyor belt and zone for horizontal movement of bottles above conveyor belt level, guides having substantially horizontal sections in the pick-up zone and the horizontal movement zone and inclined sections in the lifting zone, wherein the guides are arranged in parallel to each other so that the bottle flange is located above them and in the lifting and horizontal movement zone is not able to pass between them in the downward direction, and height of installation of guides is selected so that in zone of horizontal movement bottom of bottles is located above level of conveyor belt, side conveyors installed on the right and left of the guides in such a way as to clamp the bottles due to contact with their side surface and their translational movement along the guides, at least in the lifting zone and in the horizontal movement zone, auxiliary conveyors installed on the right and left of the guides with possibility of the bottle neck clamping between them in the zone of horizontal movement.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of positioning the cap installed on bottles with a flange relative to the working element of the marker or other device sensitive to positioning accuracy.
