SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing quinoline-substituted tetraoxazaspiroalkanes (1)
,
characterized by that 8-aminoquinoline reacts with pentaoxaspiroalkanes in the presence of a NaOH catalyst, taken in molar ratio pentaoxaspiroalkane : 8-aminoquinoline : NaOH = 10:10:(0.05-0.07), at temperature 20 °C and atmospheric pressure in a mixture of solvents consisting of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate in volume ratio of 1:1 for 4-6 hours.
EFFECT: present invention provides a novel method for selective production of quinoline-substituted tetraoxazaspiroalkanes of general formula (1).
