SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemistry and pharmaceutics, specifically to pharmaceutical packaging; to a method for selecting a copolymer of propylene and ethylene suitable for making an inner contact surface of a plastic container of said package; to use of plastic container as primary package of aqueous preparation of nerve growth factor (NGF). Disclosed package comprises a plastic container as a primary package and packed therein an aqueous preparation of NGF, where the plastic container has an outer surface and an inner contact surface in contact with the aqueous NGF preparation and made more than 80 wt.% of a propylene copolymer and ethylene containing more than 50 mol.% of propylene units and having enthalpy of melting Δhm less than 95 J/g and more than 35 J/g, measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) by double thermal scanning (first heating from 0 °C up to 200 °C at rate of 20 °C/min, intermediate cooling from 200 °C to 0 °C at rate of 20 °C/min and second heating from 0 °C up to 200 °C at rate of 20 °C/min).

EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduced adhesion of NGF from aqueous preparations to the inner contact surface of plastic containers.
