FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics units for diesel internal combustion engines (ICE) of transport, transport-technological machines and equipment. Proposed is a diagnostic system for remote evaluation of the technical state of diesel ICE, consisting of crankshaft position sensor 4, piezoelectric transducers with piezoelectric amplifiers 1, intended for the ICE high-pressure fuel pipeline radial deformation determination, current clamp 7, a vacuum pressure sensor in inlet manifold 6 and a pressure sensor in outlet manifold 6. System comprises a GLONASS/GPS terminal 9, a device for measuring the wear rate with temperature sensor 3, which controls the presence of iron-containing particles in the ICE oil and which determines the temperature of the engine oil in the ICE tray, the ICE operating hours counter 5, pressure sensor 8 with an electric valve in the crankcase ventilation system.
EFFECT: use of the diagnostic system reduces time of organizational downtime due to waiting for diagnosis, increases testability, reduces duration of diagnosis of internal combustion engines of vehicles.
