FIELD: electric power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power engineering and can be used as electric transport charging infrastructure. Known electric vehicles charging station, connected to the power supply with a smart electric meter and containing the load balancing unit with the first, second and third single-pole switching elements and the charging port socket, is additionally equipped with a four-pole switching element, a double-pole switching element installed in the load balancing unit, a controller and a user interface. Load balancing unit is connected to four-pole switching element and made in the form of the first, the second and the third single-pole switching elements and double-pole switching element. Four-pole switching element is configured to be connected to power supply terminals L1, L2, L3 and N. Controller has the possibility of being connected to an intelligent electric meter containing current and voltage sensors of the power supply source. Inputs of the first, second and third single-pole switching elements are connected to the first, second and third outputs of the four-pole switching element respectively. First input of double-pole switching element is connected to the second output of four-pole switching element; the second input of double-pole switching element is connected to the third output of four-pole switching element. Outputs of single-pole switching elements are connected to the first input of charging port socket. First output of the double-pole switching element is connected to the second input of the charging port socket, the second output of the double-pole switching element is connected to the third input of the charging port socket. Fourth input of the charging port socket is connected to the fourth output of the four-pole switching element. Controller control outputs are connected to control inputs of single-pole, two-pole and four-pole switching elements. Based on the smart meter signals, the controller is configured to determine the power supply source phases currents active value, the power supply source voltages effective value relative to the neutral wire, the power supply source least loaded phase selection, blocking of four-pole switching element connection at non-standard actuation of load balancing unit. Charging port socket output is configured to connect electric vehicle.
EFFECT: improving reliability of the charging station and balancing the load of the distributing network at reduction of labour intensiveness of load balancing.
