SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemistry, pharmaceutics and medicine, namely to a method of producing low-molecular DNA from animal raw material, which consists in the fact that the milled raw material is subjected to single freezing-thawing, homogenised and treated with proteolytic enzymes, followed by separation of the DNA-containing solution, characterized in that hydrochloric acid is added to the solution to a final concentration of 0.05–0.07M for DNA depolymerisation, extraction of the end product is carried out by alcohol precipitation.

EFFECT: simple technology of producing low-molecular DNA from animal raw material while improving quality and safety of the obtained product.
