Installed inside cylinder 3 is main insulating cylinder 5 with central gas outlet duct 6. Gap 4 and space 7 are filled with electrical insulating heat conducting loose material 8. Mechanical strength of cylinder 3 is selected by cylinder 5. Cylinder 5 is made of elastic sheet material rolled up in overlap and installed in-between the columns of highly nonlinear resistors. Additional insulating cylinder 3 is made of material, whose thermal conductivity is equivalent to thermal conductivity the internal surface of additional insulating cylinder 3.
