FIELD: aerodynamic testing. SUBSTANCE: layers of polyamide-acid lacquer are applied consecutively on metallized dielectric film. After application of each layer film is subjected to thermal treatment successively at 80-100 C for 5-20 min, at 140-160 C for 5-10 min, at 180-220 C for 5-10 min and at 280-320 C for 5-15 min to produce polyamide resin. Temperature condition provides for formation of smooth layer of polyamide without bubbles. After deposition of layer of metal and layer of polyamide-acid lacquer in vacuum through masks of certain configuration transducer is again subjected to thermal treatment under conditions specified above. EFFECT: reduced thickness of transducer, increased operational reliability and expansion of measurement range to region of small pressures. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
