FIELD: mineral concentration. SUBSTANCE: device for flotation screening has cylindrical body 1 accommodating hollow cylinder 4 and conical pulp distributor 7 with its top upward for vertical motion. Angle of cone opening of pulp distributor 7 is 90-140 deg. Pulp distributor 7 is installed concentrically in discharge funnel 2 of body 1 in a spaced relation between cone base and funnel 2 along normal to its generating line of 0.07-0.21 of diameter of pulp distributor 7. Initial feed is supplied from atop through supplying inlet 10 in hollow cylinder 4. Air is supplied through device 8 in form of tubes. Under action of gravity and flow of pulp, particles of solid phase settle down to pulp distributor 7. Pulp flow is distributed over periphery. Coarse particles lower to surface of pulp distributor to bottom part of body 1 and are discharged through sand nozzle 3 and valve 9. Fine particles are raised due to ascending pulp flow between walls of body 1 and cylinder 4 and discharged through annular discharge device 6.
