Abstract SU 1665679 A1

FIELD: organic chemistry, triazinoindole derivatives. SUBSTANCE: product: (1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b] -indolyl-3-thio)-acetic acid diethylamide. Synthesis is carried out by addition of monochloroacetic acid diethylamide solution to 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b]-indole solution in the presence of sodium hydroxide solution. Mixture is kept at room temperature, precipitate is filtered off, washed with water, cooled alcohol and (1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b] -indolyl-3-thio)-acetic acid diethylamide is isolated as the base. Synthesized compound is purified by recrystallization from isobutyl alcohol. Yield of the end product is 66%, m. p. is 209 C, empirical formula is C15H17N5OS, toxicity LD50 = 3400 mg/kg, active maximal dose is 25 mg/kg, therapeutic index is 136. EFFECT: new compounds showing enhanced activity and lowered toxicity. 1 tbl
