FIELD: laser engineering. SUBSTANCE: pulsed laser has pumping unit 1, active element 2, cavity formed by flat blind mirror 3 and outlet flat mirror 4. Outlet mirror 4 is mounted at angle α=(n-m)/4l-k to plane perpendicular to central axis crossing active element 2, where m and n are transverse dimensions of active element (n > m); l is mirror-to-mirror distance along central axis; K is distance between active element 2 and outlet mirror 4 over central axis. Outlet mirror 4 is covered with antireflection coating 6 and reflecting coating 5 with maximum reflection on laser wavelength which is placed at minimum distance from blind mirror 3 at height m from projection of edge of active element 2 onto outlet mirror 4 towards central axis. Semi-transparent mirror 7 with optimal reflection on laser wavelength is mounted behind outlet mirror 4 perpendicular to laser beam axis.
