FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: plates are placed uniformly along the perimeter of rotating disk electrodes. The plates are made of current-conducting material, for example, of copper or tungsten. Diameters of protruding parts of the plates excess over distances among axes of rotation of electrodes. The plates are disposed at the plane, which is perpendicular to surfaces of disk electrodes and to direction of dust-gas stream.
