FIELD: testing equipment, possible usage for determining resistance of objects to increased temperature effect in laboratory conditions.
SUBSTANCE: method includes testing one selection of objects in one temperature mode at maximal temperature allowed for them, which is determined from thermal properties of materials and elements, included in construction of objects being tested. Aforementioned maximal temperature should not be lower than limit maximal temperature for storing objects in natural conditions. Duration of accelerated tests τa in laboratory conditions, performed by yearly cycles τy, each of which imitates storage of objects under natural conditions of effect of only maximal temperature during each statistical year, is determined from formula τa=τy/K(T), where K(T) - dimensionless acceleration coefficient, depending on temperature of tests and temperature conditions of storage.
EFFECT: increased operation reliability under conditions of working on previously heated main components of working body.
