FIELD: grinding tools. SUBSTANCE: abrasive disk has axially located sections for rough grinding and a finishing grinding section positioned in between. The hardness and height ratios of the sections are determined from conditions H1/H2≥ 2 and B2/B1≥ 2 where H1 and H2 is the hardness of the rough and finishing grinding sections respectively; B1 and B2 is the height of the rough and finishing grinding sections respectively. The engageable ends of the finishing and rough grinding sections are inclined to the axis of rotation of the disk at an angle α determined from a relation a=90± arctgB1/D where B1 is the height of the rough grinding section, D is the disk diameter.
