FIELD: experimental medicine. SUBSTANCE: needle punctures in brain tissue are made successively through trepanized opening with guide plate having holes equispaced from one another. To prevent shifting of plate, its dimensions match accurately those of trepanized hole. To keep plate from sinking, it has limiting edges. Needle is provided with adjustable limiter. EFFECT: standardized and facilitated conditions for inflicting brain trauma.
