FIELD: medical microbiology. SUBSTANCE: concept of new method resided in introduction of biological sample, that is, administration of test material into white mice and following sampling of pathological material, preparation and fixation of smear-imprints, application of fluorescent immunoglobulins and recording of results obtained in luminescent microscopic study. About 0.5 to 1.0 ml of suspension contained in physiological salt solution of material under investigation was subcutaneously administered into animals subjected to biological sampling in spinal region. Suspension was first admixed with hen egg yolk in 1 : 0.5 to 1 : 0.7 ratio. Thus prepared mixture was added with 0.5 to 0.7 ml heparinized blood of guinea-pig, 5 to 7 mg cortisone and 15 to 25 mg polyethylene glycol having molar weight between 3,000 and 6,000. Pathological material to be studied was sampled where above mentioned matter was administered. EFFECT: effective specific indication of anthrax pathogen. 1 tbl
