FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has settling basin, bioreactor, medium circulation system, that includes pipeline for fermentation mass and gas. Bioreactor is partitioned in height for two parts: upper and lower. Upper part has communicating chambers of acid and alkali fragmentation and perforated bottom and lower part is used for methane fragmentation and has communicating sections with entire and net-type bottoms. Section are located one over another. Silt water collector is connected by branch pipes with lower part of bioreactor, used for methane fragmentation and cavity under net-type bottoms of sections are connected by pipeline with gas cavities of acid and alkali fragmentation chambers to remove gas from chambers.
