FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing continuous rotation of workpieces in barrel-shaped and radial progressive motion of tools with speed v1 relative to axis of rotation of workpieces, with speed of continuous rotation of workpieces exceeding by two orders the speed of motion of tool. It allows the amount of removed materials to be immensely increased in comparison with known methods. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing optimum cutting speed of tools. 14 dwg
