SUBSTANCE: electrical refining device for mineral oil has a body, a set of positive and negative disk electrodes with a central hole each, separated by insulating disks with a central hole each and assembled on the central perforated hollow shaft as a filter pack insulated from conducting parts of the device by dielectric insertions.
