FIELD: organometallic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparing of complexes of transient metals taken from the group: 99mTe, 186Re, 188Re containing nitride group: M V where M - Tc, 186Re, 188Re. Reagent 1: compound of transient metal - pertechnetate or perrhenate of alkaline metal or ammonium. Reagent 2: the first ligand of the general formula where R1, R2, R3 - are similar or different and mean phenyl which can be substituted with CN, sulfonate group, lower alkyl which can be substituted with cyano-group. Reaction conditions: reagent 1 is subjected for interaction with the first ligand-phosphine (I): where R1, R2, R3 - are similar or different and mean phenyl which can be substituted with cyano-group, sulfonate group, and with the second ligand - nitrogen-containing compound taken from the compounds of the general formula (II) where R4 - hydrogen, lower alkyl, R5 - lower alkylthiocarbonyl, where Z - O, S; R″ - H, lower alkyl, NH2 or Z - NH; R″ - H or COR″′ where R″′ - lower alkoxy, lower alkyl, furyl, hydroxyphenyl or compound of the formula (III) where R4 - as indicated above; R6 - alkylthiocarbonyl; R7 - hydroxyphenyl, pyridyl or ammonium or alkaline metal azide and if necessary with the third ligand from the group of compounds of the formula where R8 - R9/ - C(CH3)2SH, (CH2)2NH2 or halogenide - di-lower alkylphosphine ethane, or mercaptoquinoline hydrohalogenide, in aqueous solution at the molar ratio of nitrogen-containing ligand to peroxide compound = 1: 10-9- 10-4.
