Compounds were synthesized by interaction of ammonium or alkaline metal pertechnetate or perrhenate with the first ligand taken from the lower aliphatic or aromatic phosphine, with the second reagent taken from ammonium nitride or alkaline metal nitride and the second nitrogen ligand taken from the corresponding S-lower hydrazine alkyldithiocarbamate in the form of thiosemicarbazide chlorohydrate.
