FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method provides for application on surface of object of bond, made of preliminary comminuted organic materials of natural origin with addition of mineral additions. In the case, band of mulch is laid on surface of soil with simultaneous planting in it of cultivating objects. Organic material is uniformly stirred with mineral additions and subjected to thermal disinfection by application of high pressure with following pressing. Surface of band, that faces soil, is made corrugated. EFFECT: mulching cover formation method is used in agriculture.
