SUBSTANCE: for preparing of 1000 dal wine drink with strength 20% the following components were used, dal: apple wine material 150-250; alcoholizated apple juice 30-50; oak concentrate 10-15; aromatic principle "pistachio nut" 0.15-0.20; sugar 270-330 kg, and aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of wine beverage.
